lexington capital trust noah abernathy paid down pymt, did not receive loan no money has been returned Internet, Georgia
Applied for a loan and was told I needed to put a down payment of $930. I also was instructed to pay this by western union. After this was done I was to receive $5000 in my account the next day.I got a call the next day saying there wasn't enough money for buying the proper amount of Insurance for the loan. I was told , and had a contract for said money. I was told to send another $930. I asked for a refund and was told I would receive it in 30 days.
If i was going to fund my own loan then I wouldn't require a loan. When I was first told of this "loan" by the Rep.Noah Abernathy , He said I was fully approved. There wasn't any other figures on the contract. There was a paragraph , i later found out that spoke of the insurance , but no mention of the costs. Nothing was explained in any conversation. This is just a slick way to beat people out of their cash for awhile or forever, only time will tell.

Only scammers do this.
First , call the Police, then try to call your bank and stop any Payment to these thieves.
For your Information, Pre-Payments are Illegal wherever and whenever charged.
