LHDC365, Long Hair Don't Care 365, Ashley Taylor BIG SCAM, RIP OFF, FRAUD, FRAUDULENT Brandon, Fl Florida
Do not order from Ashley Taylor or LHDC365 (LHDC=Long Hair Don't Care. She has an Instagram page and she advertises very nice hair. Her #is up on her IG page. When you text her she will get back to you. She is very helpful in trying to help you place an order or with answering any of the questions that you might have. Once your order is placed she will send you a receipt and tell you when to expect your hair. I ordered on 10/4 and was told that I would receive my package no later than Friday 10/10/2014. Friday 10/10 came and went. I called her that day and text her and no answer. It wasn't until the next day that she responded. She said oh, i sent you an email stating that the wefts of some of the bundles were bad so i put in a new order and it would be here on Monday 10/13 and she would mail it out then and for me to expect it on Wednesday 11/15/2014. Monday came which was a holiday (Columbus Day) and I assumed that she was going to fedex it, or DHL etc. I text her that day and no response. She text me back on Tues morning saying she just got off from work and gave me a Tracking #. I felt some kind of way because when I went to track it. It came up as a USPS# with 2 day delivery and $50 insurance. Amongst the other flags that were raised in my head. This one was raised the highest. "How do you have tracking from the post office if Monday was a holiday and they were closed. The tracking showed that the mailing was done at a SSK (Self Service Kiosk). When I called to inquire about it, the post office said that in fact the SSK is open on holidays for customers to mail and that the packages that are put in the drop box to go out are entered by the facility into the system on the next following day. When Wednesday came the tracking still said Acceptance at the Brandon, FL office and nothing had been updated. I called the USPS and they said that it was very strange but somehow, the sender (LHDC365 / Ashley Taylor) created a printing label but never put the package in the drop box. So basically she has my money and my hair. Big Rip Off and fake. I was supposed to get my hair today and this is the information that i just got. I have called her several times and texted her as well and she still wont answer. Please be warned. Do not order from LHDC365. It is just a scam.
