LIBERETY WIRELESS ripoff DISHONEST SERVICE CRAPPY PHONES LARGO Maryland
the whole thing started last year when i order a phone through liberty wireless it took 7 days to get a phone and when i received the phone it wasn't working, it was giving me searching for signal i was with them for 3 days in the row with no answer until they decide to replace my phone. it took 4 month to get the other phone when i finally got the phone it was working but with a lot of problems since everytime a was on the phone i got disconnected. 4 month ago i call the company but with no luck. i was left on the phone for hours with no response from them. then i email them and after 2 week they email me back saying that the wanted to solve my problem but that i need it to call them, so
i went ahead and call them and after several hours somebody finally answer and took my complain and told me to call in 24 hours his name was robbie. well next day came i call and somebody by the name of dana answer and said that they couldn't give me a new phone because it was over 90 days. that i need it to buy one to go through the internet and see a phone and they were going to bill me for it. i got angry because they know that from the beging i had problems with this phone and that the same way that i have paid them every month the same way a expected them to solve my problem.
i told them that i felt that as a customer i deserve a better treatment. In my opinion they need it to replace my phone at no charge. the phone its crappy, it a flip flap phone and everytime you close the phone it turns off. so actually i could never receive a call because it was always off. now the phone says that it has no signal for the past 4 days and for them i need to purchase a new one and pay a full price for it. they say they were willing to give me a rebate on a phone and when i ask them what type of phone was it, it was the same one i had. my lease is up because they started counting from the moment i receive the first phone not from the time that i really end up having this crappy phone with all it's problems.
i feel that i have taken enough of crap from this company and like everybody thought that i couldn't get out of the contract. if somebody can tell me where to go to get some answer on this please let me know. i told them that i wanted to cancel the services but they keep on telling me that if i do that i will loose the activation fee and that if i go to another company i will have to pay activation fee again.
