LIFT Marketing Solutions Neos Merchant Services Rip off lift neos scam bad service no contact email marketing terrible job Camarillo, California
LIFT Marketing also goes by "Neos Merchant Services" and there are already ripoff reports about Neos, please check them as well. This company was to provide a marketing service and gift and loyalty card service for my small business. It was sold to me by a lying salesman who abandoned me after he made the sale and took his cut of the sale. This company was supposed to use a these different ways to connect to my customers. They were to use mobile, SEO though a listing on their "shop and dine rewards" page (which is a complete joke!), and they were supposed to handle email marketing though constant contact, they wer also supposed to do mobile couponing amongst other things that were promised me from the salesman. I struggled with a horrible "marketing coach", I could never get in touch with him and he never returned my calls. He promised to set things up and never did it. In the year I used the program, ALL we ever did was get 1 email out per month... not worth the $300+ per month. Half of them had spelling errors and did nothing but create bad publicity for my business I mean these emails looked like a 4 year old made them. The company owner "Dyson Barnett" talks about how they provide this that and the other thing but in reality, they can not deliver on anything. The program they use is very buggy and has issues all the time that they never fixed. I ended up talking to a ex employee from the company and found out that the company is on the verge of closing its doors and they are having a lot of employee problems. I heard that they have an abusive managment team and treat their employees terrible and if they speak out - they fire them. It makes sense since I went though 3 marketing coaches in the year I was with them. Each time it was like starting over and working out all the little problems... it was complete hell. Their managment team needs to be babysat. They have no idea what they are doing. It makes me wonder if they even hire marketing coaches with marketing backgrounds. Canceling is a PAIN. They make it terribly hard to cancel and charge you fees and it takes forever. I didn't have a single good experience with this company. I had the feeling after the first month and wish I never signed up. Dont fall for the trick. They lie. They claim you get ALL these great marketing tools but THEY CAN NOT DELIVER on the service they offer, not on any level. I'm currently using a different program for cheaper and it's everything LIFT isn't and they actually deliver.
I actually googled thier name and "scam" together and found this post from Craigslist. It has a lot of information about this company and why it's one big scam.
I interviewed for a "Marketing Coach Position" at a company at 555 Airport Rd. in Camarillo, CA called "THE LIFT NETWORK". This company wants "professionals" with degrees and they want to pay you $14 per hour!!!! Get f*ing real! You might be able to hire a monkey for that salary. Plus the place seems very sketchy, looks like everyone who works there is in a horrible mood and I heard some employees complaining about the company as I sat there waiting to be seen for my interview. The whole place just looks like some kind of giant failing marketing scam that you'd see advertised on late night TV. To my surprise, I WAS RIGHT! First things first, you've GOT to watch the "sales pitch" on their website. www.liftmysales.com
Let me know if you think it's legit after watching that, THEN take a look at what I found below!
I did a little research on their company. Apparently they are a in house division of "International Card Establishment". This is a FAILING company and loses in the $100's of thousands each QUARTER! They are traded on the market and the stock in a FRACTION OF A CENT! Not a good company to work for if they are LOSING over HALF A MILLION DOLLARS A YEAR! Don't believe me? Take a look here at their earnings report for their so called investors and stock holders, lol:

I couldn't believe this, so I decided to dig a little deeper. I found out that they have a HORRIBLE reputation amongst the "Marketing and Card Program" industry and the owners are supposedly "black listed" from the market.
I've also heard they have a very high turnover rate for employees. They called me back for a second interview. I don't think I'll be returning that call. Companies these days, we all have to be careful.
You should also check out their "rip off reports" online too. Very angry customer base. This "Intl. Card Establishments hides two other companies (that I know of!!!) within themselves. One called NEOS MERCHANT SOLUTIONS and the other called THE LIFT NETWORK.
Below is just ONE COMPLAINT ABOUT THEIR SERVICE. Check the link out and do your own research. Just do yourself a favor and walk the hell out of that dump if you find yourself at a so called "joke of an interview".
