It smelled scam from the beginning. I paid the front fee thinking three participants with traceable US addresses and telephone numbers would not combine on a pettry front fee scam. But, they did.
In our agreement I would pay $680 to Rhode Izzaguirre (designated as Ben Madden;s secretary), Ben Madden would pay a $71,100 fee to Dennis Hawkins, Randall Eugene Witte would wire $100,000 to Ben Madden and $24,500,000 to the bank account of my venture. Transactions were to happen same day. Yes, required front fees for a same day funding.
I deposited $680 to the designated bank account of Rhode Izzaguirre as agreed. Then delay and finally non- communication. When I threatened to sue, Ben Madden emailed back that he had sent $71,100 to Hawkins, but I doubt it.
Don't make my mistake. Do not do business with these individuals.

For several years, several unscrupulous scammers have been victimizing people and companies seeking loans by claiming to be either ME or to work for Lighthouse or to be part of another division of Lighthouse Utility Solutions, Inc. These people have been from several states in the US but I am not aware of any "offerings" from outside the USA.
Lighthouse Utility Solutions, Inc. is a corporation licensed in Ohio, USA. We have existed since September, 1999. We have only one location at this time- in Cincinnati, Ohio. Our ONLY offering to customers is providing ways to dramatically cut energy and water usage while also reducing environmental releases. We do this using three divisions- Consulting, Operations and Manufacturing. The payback for these services and products ranges from immdeiate to less than two years.
We have never offered any type of loan. We sometimes use loans but never offer them.
These scammers, as we find out about them, have been reported to the Cincinnati, Ohio Regional Office of the FBI. IF you have been approached by anyone claiming to be ME (some have) or to work for me, or to be a different division used to lend money, or to be from anywhere else than Cincinnati, Ohio, please contact your local FBI office and provide them with whatever information on the people making the "loan" offer so that the FBI can procede on finding and prosecuting them.
We DO have a couple of contractors who are legally alligned with Lighthouse that offer the energy/water and environmental reductions that we do BUT no one is authorized to offer any type of loan or other financial offering.
Again- if anyone claiming to be from or to work for Lighthouse Utility Solutions, Inc. offers you any type of loan- especially after you pay some form of fee- contact the FBI immediately so "we" can put an end to this fraud AND save you a lot of money and headaches.
