Lime Cellular LLC limecellular.com Junk SMS Marketing Platform - Absolutely Useless New York New York
Purchased Lime Cellular's White Label platform on 02 August 2013. As of 08 August 2013 after numerous emails to "support," the platform was still not setup completely. Asked that my account be cancelled on 08 August 2013.
09 August 2013 received an email informing me that the platform could be cancelled immediately or left open until my next billing on 02 September 2013. Informed that due to Lime Cellular's "NO REFUND POLICY" I would not be refunded the purchase price.
PLEASE BE AWARE
Lime Cellular markets their platform as being state of the art. It is not! Their purported many functions sounds great but setting them up is extremely time consuming since there are no step by step instructions other than setting up the "WHITE LABEL" interface.
Lime Cellular's lack of instructions in setting up it's purported many marketing and billing features is so cumbersome, that unless you plan to loose your income and sanity, I would advise you to stay away from them. After spending the better part of a week -7 to 10 hours a day - and still not feeling comfortable with the setup of Lime Cellular's platform, I now understand their "NO REFUND POLICY." I have no idea how many one time payments they receive but hopefully they will not receive yours.
If I as a "White Label" vendor cannot comfortably setup and use Lime Cellular's platform then how can I begin to expect my "advertisers" to set it up? Assuredly, by going forward I would never have been able to build a viable business with recurring revenue using Lime Cellular as the backbone for my SMS Marketing business model.

I ran across this report researching something else about Lime Cellular and read it out of curiosity since I am a long time customer of Lime Cellular. I have to say I have had the exact opposite experince with Lime Cellular. I have been using them for quite a few years and I did a lot of research before I chose to go with them. I found a lot of positive things being said about them on Warrior Forum and decided to go with it. I have read this rip off report and i think this person was not very technically savvy. Setting up my white label system with Lime was easy as pie. My customers don't have any issue using the system and everything works. Granted, it's not the most slick gui in the industry but when you compare everything it does and all it is in my opinion the best in the industry. I have found there support to be excellent 98% of the time.
