Lindsey Management Company/The Links I applied for a specific apartment on the application that I submitted. I was told that this 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom was available prior and while applying. Two days later they call and tell me that the apartment is no longer available and the application fee is non-reimbursable. However, there is a part in the contract that is misleading and says that this occasion would refundable. Fayetteville Arkansas

I called to check availability for a 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom apartment. The individual told me that the apartment was available, and to fill out an application. I filled out the application, and was charged a fee of $50.
Two days later I receive a phone call and I am told that the specific apartment that I applied to is not available any more. Also, now my application fee can not be re-imbursed. This was a dishonest business transaction, with the contract being misleading.
