Links4Trade Links Page disappeared from my website, no response from them to correct issue Orem, Utah Internet
Around the first of week of December 2007 I noticed my links page had disappeared. I made several phone calls to Links4trade. The first call was answered and I was told that they were experiencing server problems and would have it corrected soon. I followed up with several more calls when it did not reappear, and all went unanswered, and no return calls were made for all messages I had left.
I then sent various emails to them inquiring about the status of my links page. No emails were answered. No one has ever contacted me (at the beginning of the issue nor since.) to explain anything about what happened or what they plan to do.
Now their website is up and running but my links page has not been restored, my Website does not exist on Links4trade and I cannot log-in to my Links4trade account using my former login username & password. I have phoned and emailed them to inquire about how to get my site reastablished, and still not response.
I recently sent an automated email from their website and was told that I would have to open an account again. I emailed back to inquire about how to do that, and no response.
I realize they have had some issues with their server, but would like to know if & when my links page will be restored. I have spent a lot of time & money with Links4Trade over the past couple of years, and was building links and getting hits on my site. Now my web traffic is at a stall.
I would really like to know what is going on and have some type of resolution or compensation for my loss.
I am very disappointed in there customer service, or lack thereof.
