This is a formal request for an RMA and a refund for the cost of a Linksys by Cisco [Model No.: WUSB600N;  S/N:  JNW10J930508]. 



Your  products in no way indicate that they are not compatible with Windows 7.  Upon purchase of a G-Adapter [Purchase Date 12-12-2009], I was told by your customer service representatives to return it and get an N-Adapter which would work.  PC Richard & Sons - Paramus, NJ went above and beyond their exchange policy allowing me to return and repurchase the more expensive model.   The N-Adapter, without warning, also was unable to be properly installed.  It has cost me literally days worth of working with your customer service, hundreds of dollars in expenses, undue stress, and possibly my job.   



It has been explained to me that your company does not issue refunds.  I am asking if someone can simply make an exception and override this "policy" and issue a RMA and refund. 



I am unable to spend anymore wasted time  on the resolution of this simple issue.  If there is no response within ten (10) days,  I will file a legal action to recuperate the cost of the product, the time, the expenses,  and damages. as well as policy change.
