I did a survey from my banking institution via internet on October 4, 2014 and they had an offer for Lip-G Garcinia Cambogia for $4.99 which is what I was to only pay for s/h. Well I received the diet supplements and the $4.99 was withdrawn from my bank account on 10/08/14. I was under the impression that the offer was a good and I was looking forward to trying the trial offer as I heard good reviews about the product from Dr. Oz television show and other network shows.
I received a phone call from my bank stating a fraudulant withdrawal was being tranaction on my bank account in the amount of $83.99 and I had to verify that I did not approve the withdrawal from my bank card. I found out it was for the trial offer from Lipo-G. I was furious as I did not approve for them to go into my bank account. My bank card have an alert on it and I was glad of that because the company could have taken money from my account and I would have not even known it. I called Lipo-G customer service department and I let them have it and I told them that when I read the terms and agreement it did not state anything about paying for a monthly membership of $83.99 for a (30) day supply each month. The customer service rep name Katie kept talking to me about how was I doing on the vitamins, I told her that is not what I called you about and I want to stop any process on my account.
I requested them to cancel any membership they had my name under with their company and I was within my (14) day trial period and I wanted an email sent to me verifing all transactions of the membership they had my name under with their company sent to me within 24 to 48 hours and if I do not receive an email within that time frame they will be hearing back from me. I explained to her that I am an attorney and that I would report them to the FDA and FCC and any other replica fraud institution about their company and they lead customers with bad intentions of purchasing their product.
If anyone who decides to do a survey on-line please do not especially for the Lipo-G Garcinia Cambogia product as they will lead you into a situation of taking your money and placing you in a membership under false pretenses.
