Mr. Sasaki,
Do you support fraud? You've come to the defense of a company renowned for criminial activity and who needs their entire executive board and all their employees convicted for their support of this activity. They permit their sellers to falsely list items, and their condition, and blockade all attempts to seek out a refund when the products received are in PATHETIC condition.
The so-called educated resolution team apparently sees items being listed as "shelf-pulls', but missing parts and in conditions reflecting years of use, as acceptable. By their own definition, the seller - who I unfortunately bought from - took me and is walking away with money and leaving me with products that probably won't sell for 10% of what it was bought for.
Your postings cast a dark shadow on you and the company you claim to work with - Outerjoin.com - as it portrays you as a supporter of misrepresentation and fraud by online sellers.

Mike,
Please....
Of course they have a "returns/refund" policy, but the problem is that very few customers who have gotten screwed by liquidation.com actually get a refund or return of their defective items.
There are THOUSANDS of people who have had terrible experiences with this company. You have absolutely no argument worthwhile with this complaint.

I was taken from this company also on two Android Tablets. Filled out the dispute form in less then the 48 hours stated and still have yet to hear back. I do have a picture of my transaction but don;t know how to show it to everyone.
Hope someone can help us protect others from being SCAMMED by this company.

THEY TRICK YOU INTO THINKING YOU ARE GETTING MORE THAN 1 ITEM, B UT ONLY SEND 1 AND DO NOT LISTEN TO DISPUTES. NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM. BY THE WAY THE ONE ITEM THAT I DID GET AND OVERPAY FOR DOES NOT WORK. THANKS PAUL

Liquidation.com (Liquidity Services) is Accredited with the Better Business Bureau of Washington DC. You can go online and file a complaint against the company with the BBB and they will help you resolve it if you have a valid claim. The Washington BBB has processed over 100 complaints against this company in the last 12 months and their rating has fallen to B+. If it falls lower than a "B", they will be kicked out of the BBB, which will hurt their business, so it is likely they will resolve it through the BBB.
