I think Lisa Grey has alot of nerve to say SHAME ON YOU to a posting here from another one of her victems.
I bought a puppy from her that was on its way before she mentioned the hernia she had. It was a chihuahua that was suppose to be 15 oz at 11 weeks old. I got the puppy 2 weeks later and according to the shot records she was 11 weeks on the day I got her not 2 weeks prior and she weighed 2 1/2 lb. How does a chihuahua puppy gain that much weight in 2 weeks? THEY DON'T! PLUS, she was suppose to be AKC registered and she came with NO registration at all. Her reciept listed two different dogs as the mom. At first she emailed me back and said that the registration papers were pending the completion of the sire's DNA.
Well, AKC said there was no DNA pending on that sire what so ever and there was no puppies registered anywhere near the DOB I had from that SIRE or any other dog she had on file with them. So who are the parents?? I couldn't even get her to tell me that. She very quickly stopped all communication with me and at that time she took her home address and phone number off of her site. She only left her cell phone number.
NOW even though I didn't get a sick puppy does that sound like a REPUTABLE breeder to you??? I am a breeder and would never dream of jeapordizing my reputation with the way she has treated her victems....I mean customers. haha She is a scammer only out for the almighty dollar and no one will ever convince me of anything else. I am not going to advise anyone to deal with her carefully, I am going to advise you all to just DON'T deal with her at all.

I can only advise others to Beware. There should be no excuses for dishonesty. Yes, there are misunderstandings at times but I don't think these stories fit that category. Too many things with my purchase from Lisa were not about having time or getting the paper work in order they were about simply telling me lies. What more can I say when AKC can't confirm the info Lisa gave me not to mention the incorrect information she gave me on the size of my puppy, its shots, who the parents really are, her age and the last minute notification she had a hernia? Things don't add up and this was back in December of 2004. I don't know when her father was ill or passed but he was never mentioned to me so I feel his illness has no bearing on my purchase for her and should not over ride lies. Yes, I can understand his illness keeping her from getting things done on time but that is all. At this point I wouldn't care if she had 100 great references, one dishonest deal shows a persons dishonesty, integrity and capability to do it again. If you are honest you could never follow through with doing someone wrong. It sounds to me on the lady that never could get her puppy that Lisa wasn't fullfilling her end and should have offered a FULL refund no questions asked, regardless of any fits thrown by the lady she deserved her money back or a puppy sent to her PRONTO! Shame on you Lisa for keeping her money. How can you have the concience to keep that money and not provide a puppy.
