all of the things i see about litton loan[bad]are under stated as far as i can see!I have had health problems for years and had to take a arm loan with aames home loans out of L.A.california[another affl.with litton-just look on back of some of littons paperwork] the tranformation from aames[the 2nd worst mort.company]went well-i was thinking thank god i am away from these people!boy was i wrong.

my credit is bad no dought-but ther are laws that are supposed to protect us from these preditory lenders.it started going down hill when i fell behind on the feb.2008 payment-due to the payment of property taxes-i was behind-but had made contact with litton told them what was going on-

made several calls to them and they said everything was in line, i had already had a signed agreement with tax assesser and had made 3payments to them and was going to make final payment the following month[this was disscused with custimer service@ litton and also the tax dept. of same[all documented-i have every name, ext.#and receit and some taped recordings].

i made the feb.and the march payments with late fees on 3-21-08 just after that a loanmodification notice was mailed and said:your loan is at a 11.5% rate-[it was at 9.3%] and there would be no servicer advances that may include attorney fees and costs-no property preservation expenses, inspections and other expenses-no servicer advances capitalized and added to the new balance and last but not least servicer advances you owe that are being waived.[i am reading this off the original modification] as it turned out the payment amount was revised, escrow advances were revised, server advances were revised and naturally the property taxes that i had a lower balance on were added.

litton sent out a women from a real estate company called titanium solutions-they were supposed to find a way to help people from losing their property-i was already currant-she did not understand why she was sent-soooo we sat down at my kitchen table and had a 3 way conference call with jessica garcia[ext.8711 try getting a hold of her!]the women from titanium solutions said she had never had so much trouble from a mort.company.that was the last time me or her could get ahold of anybody that could help, all they said they could do was email a sr. in a dept. and they would get back within 24hrs-you would not understand how many times i did that and got nothing!

anyhow the deadline for the modification to get there was almost up-i went to the titanium solutons office and ask her what could i do?she told me to send in the modification and hope the numbers work out, as we tried then, in her office to get in touch with any body that could help-did not get past customer service!send it in now or you may lose your house she told me.so-she notariterised the loan motification[coercement if i understand]it was sent off and guess what?

i got back the agreement and its all wrong.litton-aames are liers. how do they get away with this.any body out there who can help please post!i thought we were in the usa how dothey get away with this

as if what i mentioned before wasnt enough, they have been procuring gas leases in this area and the land broker handling them told me they had the next door neibor on the area map as owning my plot also it got me to thinking about what a realator had told me that if all papers were not in line that may be why litton gave me the run around on the modification.called a under writer and she said it was probably because litton[they are a servicer not a mortgauge company]was trying to sell my loan and if not fre close on me-would like to get on a class action suit or i will probably get my own lawer-i know there are thousands more just like me
