Complaint Review: Livengood Planet - Nationwide

I just want to warn the public about a corrupt CEO, so she will not take their money. Her name is Connie Livengood and she has so many different companies. She never pays people for working for her. She promises them so much of her company, but then when an investor does get suckered in, she takes the money and spends it all on her immediate family and forgets about buying product or paying her employees. She charges for product when they order and then if she needs the money, she uses it and tells them their product got lost in the mail. I have even sent some of my own product out to the customer because she would lie and keep their money.

I used credit cards to pay for her software, and MLM programs. She never paid me back. I built web sites, and drew up contracts. I designed logos, labels, flyers, PP presentations as well as designed and printed business cards. I tried to upload some of my work I had done, but it would not upload.

I loaned her $20,000 for a color copier and she never paid me back. She talked me into buying $7000 worth of her product and told me, "If you cannot sell it or find someone to sell it, I will buy it back at the same price you pay."  Guess what. I could not sell the product I bought from her, and when I ask her to buy it back, she said she did not have the money to buy it. Most of this was just a verbal agreement and cannot be proved, although I do have contracts that she signed, there are loop holes that keep it from standing up in court. She knows how to fix them to keep herself out of hot water.  When I sold my home, all $7000 of product was left behind. I guess the new owners just threw it away. 

She tries to make people think she is a rich uppity lady with a booming company. BEWARE. She lives in a low income apt in Steamboat Springs Colorado. She tries to get investors so she can spend their money on her own family. How she has gotten by with what she has gotten by with for as long as she has just amazes me. She got $95,000 from one man and never put any of it back into the company. She bought a big wall to wall Theater system, van, convertible, an expensive sword, and other expensive items. That is when she paid me $300. I had worked over 10 years at that time and loaned her over $20,000 on top of that when I sold my home. She also still owed me for the product but I never got anything but the measley $300.

She has had many companies and web sites such as Livengood International, Livengood Planet, Livengood Forever, Livengood Kingdom, Livengood Ministries, Healthy Green Liven, Aloe-N-Herbs, Fruit-A-Loe, and more. No one ever files a complaint against her because she changes the name of the company, and since the contracts make the company responsible instead of her; therefore, they cannot sue her. She is a very smooth operator. Beware. She still has Healthy Green Liven, Live-N-Good Planet, mountainoasiswaterfilter.com. She is selling whole house water systems, and I bet she does not even have any in stock to sell. She will get their money and then spend it and the water system will get lost in shipping.

She is a smooth operator and one of the best scam artists that you will ever come across. She will look you straight in the eye and feed you a bunch of bull and you WILL believe it. Even if she has already conned you in the past, she will convince you she has changed. She will swear on her mom's grave, or anything to convince you she has changed. She will NEVER change.

I know. She has convinced me three times that she has changed. I have worked for her for over 25 years and she has paid me less than $5000 in all that time. I know of one man that was dying with Cancer and she convinced him he would triple his money in about three months. He needed money to cover his treatments so he invested every dime he had and never heard from  her again. He contacted me to try to find her.

She has had oodles of presidents and leaders. When they get tired of her lies, and threaten her, she just changes the name of her company and finds more suckers on the internet to invest their money. I would bet my life she has never paid for a commercial, an ad, a website, or anything. She just makes everybody think they will get rich by convincing them she is running an honest company. She builds her company by hiding behind the bible and convincing people she is a Christian. Well, if she is a Christian and can do what she does, I would hate to think what Satan could do.

It would take a novel to write all I k now about this lady. She started stealing when she was sixteen. She was arrested for shoplifting and blamed it on her friend. She was also stopped by the police for filling a jar with beans and taking it door to door and charging people to guess how many beans was in the jar. She told them they would win a color TV if they got the closest to the right amount. I know everybody does a bit of mischievous stuff when they are young, but her theft has continued. She has just found better ways to line her pocketbook than shoplift. She has found half way legitimate ways to steal people blind.

At one time she had over 145% of her company promised out. I said, "Connie, you only have 100%. You have promised more than you have." She never seemed to worry. She knew she would just change the company name and they could do nothing to her.

I hope someday someone can put a stop to her schemes and lies. She has taken many people for a ride, including the man who is hosting the domain where I hosted a page about her: bewareofconnielivengoodandlivengoodplanet.com

She lied to him for years and promised him she would pay him. He built her a real-time live website with over 154 pages in it, and she never paid him. She owed him thousands. She just kept promising him she would pay him, but he finally pulled her site for non-payment. That was over 15 years ago and she still has not paid him. I can name about 25 at least right off the top of my head that she has conned and lied to get what she wants.

I hope someone someday will actually fight her instead of just threatening her. Everything I have stated is true. I know her. I am her sister, but hey, is that not what sisters are for, to screw around. I am dying with COPD, but she does not care. All she thinks about is herself.
