living space t/a m&f interiors took 3700 off my family and my son is sewverley disabled blackburn, Other
in april of 2009 i started for a company as a delivery driver,delivering fitted kitchens all over the uk.the owner mr fratis was a con man which i didnt know at the time.they had a call centre and would call people and bully them into taking out fiance on kitchens.i worked there till feb 10 when i went into work one morning and the company had stopped trading.he owed me 3700 in wages and holiday pay.my rent was due on the same day,ive a severly disabled son.if it wasnt for my mum who herself is a pensioner we would have been homeless.i took him to a tribunal and won,they sent the baliffs in but nothing was in the companies name he had changed all the assetts over,so i couldnt get anything.while he now lives in a 900,000 house and has started up a new company in a different name.
