Livve.com, Aka 4anything.com charge for internet chat lifetime account and not deliver services King Of Prussia Pennsylvania
I purchased a lifetime account from livve.com in dec, 2002, responding to ad which promised that it was a once in a lifetime deal, for $99. It promised enhanced customer service and support, as one of benefits of membership. They also promise customer support, and rules enforcement in form of Terms Of Membership(TOM) Contract.
I received NO customer support. When i had serious problems, i cant get replies to my email after paying. When i called by phone to try to complain, i was told they didnt take customer complaints by phone! The site is not really monitored or moderated in real time.
What is worst, the site is populated by verious kinds of troublemakers including people who steal members personal info, pictures, etc, and distribute it on the net! They harass members in any way they can, slander members, distrupting members chat with relative impunity. Livve.com does not help its members when help is most needed. Buyer beware!
