Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Liz Brown at Wells Fargo Bank ATM Executive office has declined my $6300 fraud case for no specific strong reason. My Wells Fargo business ATM card and PIN number was compromised along with two other bank cards and all of them was used in Istanbul Turkey & Ukraine while I was still in the US and had my card in my wallet I offered my passport and documents to support my case , other two banks returned my money right away, because it was very obvious, but with Liz Brown at Wells Fargo Bank my case was declined twice no matter how hard I was trying to explain and despite all of the evidence and passport which showed that I was in US and I had my card. Liz Brown DID NOT CARE, LISTEN to me ,he customer service sucks , the way she talks, is totally unprofessional all she cared about was to save some money for Wells Faro, so she get a great bonuses. I have a strong believe that Liz Brown has no experience in the fraud field and she should be considered for the cashier ONLY.

Now I will not leave this matter alone. I will make hundred copies of the claim denial letter along with my story and will post it at every Wells Fargo bank branch , and I will post many other reviews on Ripoff.com , BBB , and other consumer rights websites . I will not let Liz Brown at Wells Fargo to do this to others , I will spread the word around and I will damage her and the bank's reputations. So if you are a Wells Fargo customer , you are not protected against fraud. so why risk with your money , take your business elsewhere . !!!!!!!!!!

I will be filing lawsuit to recover my money . I need advise what else I can do besides lawsuit ????????

There isnt much that either wells fargo or you can do. You can retain a lwayer but where ATM cards are concerned, the question they want to know is HOW did whomever get BOTH your ATM card number AND your PERSONAL PIN. Your PIN and card both have to be compromised at the same time. But ATM cards are the same as cash. So they need to do their own investigation to see if it is fraud or that YOU are commiting fraud. What the other banks do has zero bearing as to what Wells Fargo is going to do. How exactly did ALL of your cards and pin numbers become compromised?? THATS THE IMPORTANT QUESTION!!!

Instead of trying to hold Wells Fargo responsible for YOUR lost money, perhaps you should work WITH THEM instead of just demanding they give you back money stolen from you. If the security breach was not on their end they are under no obligation to give you anything back. They dont know if youre just pulling a fast one and had a relative overseas do this so you could get some free money. Remember the ATM doesnt KNOW who you are until a card is put into the machine. If your information was taken from one of your devices such as smartphone or PC, why would you expect them to give you anything back. Thats like getting money from the teller and then getting robbed 2 hours later and going back to the bank and demand they give you the money back that the robber stole from you. The only difference is that they didnt rob you in person.

Kind of crappy of you to hold the bank responsible for your lost money. If they dispenced money from an ATM off of a debit card transaction, then they did their part LEGALLY. The information presented to them at the time of the transaction looked genuine so they gave the money. This is why they tell you to never give your PIN number out.
