To Lisa Munoz from LM Designing:
Business is about trust. Even when you knew you had an incompetent staff working with you (including yourself), that didnt stop you from fraudulently charging all these customers credit cards, did it? So when you now claim you have a new team, how credible are you? How credible is it that they're not much different than your previous incompetent staff? You claim to have been in the business for 8 years and with such experience you didnt realize you were surrounded by incompetence? You posted your response on Aug 31, 2009. The complaints against you on this site span back as far as Oct 2008. Lawsuits against you span back at least as far back as 2006 and there are also numerous complaints about you at the Better Business Bureau for who knows how long back. Does it take you this long to evaluate the competency of your staff? Will it take just as long to evaluate your present staff? You see, you need to realize that IT TAKES COMPETENCE TO RECOGNIZE COMPETENCE. As mentioned in a previous complaint, you probably shouldnt be in this type of business in the first place since this kind of work seems to be way above your head. The complaints show that you can barely accomplish any requested tasks of anyone. It seems the only thing you are good at is making all those fraudulent credit card charges without hesitation. You don't deserve the trust of anyone and the only people who should be dealing with you is law enforcement.
Instead of writing a simple I understand your concern paragraph in a feeble attempt at damage control, if you knew your staff were incompetent and you truly are concerned, why dont you REFUND all these people who are complaining and demanding one from you? No, of course you wont. Looking at the Better Business Bureau report about you: http://www.la.bbb.org/Business-Report/LM-Designing-100007879 it can be seen that you have never refunded or even partially refunded any of the 16 complaints against you, which is a testament to your shady business practices & ethics. (Note that 16 complaints is an unusually high number for the BBB). Can all of these people & the people at all the other sites complaining against you be wrong?
To consumers, beware of LM Designing (Lisa Munoz). If it is too late and you have already given her your credit card number, I strongly recommend you get your credit card number changed ASAP. You may be in for a few big surprises if you dont.
It is not surprising that there is another site which lists the lawsuits/judgements against LM Designing (Lisa Munoz) at www.lmdesigningsucks.com Some cases are very recent (she lost another one just a few days ago from the date of this post). All case numbers are verifiable at the LA Superior Court website. The site also offers free help for other victims of LM Designing (in terms of advice or witness referral for your own case).

I understand your concern. Please note that we had a few people on our team that did not help the process go as it should and these parties no longer are with the company. We have a new team that are experts in quality control and we have adjusted our turn around 100% to ensure these issues do not happen again. We value all our clients and are doing everything we can to make sure every clients project turns out as it should. The above post is not a fake, we actually have done a few projects for him. We do have very happy and returning clients, in 8 years, we have a few complaints all in the same year, which represents the staff we had at that time but as mentioned, we have changed our system and team so this does not happen again.
