On February 18, 2013 I ordered online a Legal nurse consultant package from RN Market. That same afternoon I went for my routine mammogram and unfortunately a mass was found and I received devastating news that I had breast cancer.
My world was changed forever that day. The following week, after a world wind of testing and physician appointments I contacted RN Market on 2/27/13 via phone and spoke to Kim Arena. I informed her of my diagnosis and that I had not been home to receive my package from RN Market and needed to cancel their product at that time.
Her first response was shockingly cold, she stated, “a lot of women get breast cancer, you’ll need to talk to the owner about this and she will need to see a doctors note PROVING that your diagnosis is true” she went on to state “I am not saying that this isn’t true, but some people may be dishonest to get their money back.” I was disgusted with her response.
On 2/27/13 I did attempt to reach Veronica Castellana on her cell phone and left a voice message. In addition, I attempted to reach her via email. On 2/28/13 11:08 am I received an email from Veronica Castellana, as you can see from her email, she stated “You will need to provide in writing via USPS a letter to our offices, showing why you are in need of a refund with documentation.” I did ask if she would accept a letter of proof of my diagnosis through email. Her reply, from 2/28/13 10:46 pm, “we do not offer refunds without written notice via USPS.”(She offered me a refund with proof mailed thru the USPS and I obliged her request).
On April 12, 2013 I sent proof of surgery via certified mail as requested from Veronica from my surgical oncologist. RN Market did receive this on April 15, 2013. (I followed instructions as requested by the owner). On March 13, 2013 I had a lumpectomy. A few weeks later my genetic testing came back positive for the BRCA gene.
On June 10, 2013 I had bilateral mastectomies with reconstruction and a hysterectomy. On October 24, 2013 I will have my final reconstructive breast surgery. As you can see since February I have been concentrating on my health and healing.
This diagnosis has been overwhelming and has required mine and my family’s full attention in the recovering process.
The bottom line is I never received the product and she kept my money. The owner agreed to a refund and I cannot fathom why she is doing this to me when she tries to pawn herself off as a legitimate company.
Real companies that promote their business and want to stay in business and grow need to take care of their customers. No products were opened, accessed or used. I initially disputed with American Express and filed a complaint with the BBB, but when they contacted her she resorted to lies and twisting of the truth. I’m not sure if Ms. Castellana is just arrogant or simply thinks she is untouchable. Lying to American Express and BBB just makes Ms. Castellana iniquitous.
I have documented emails of all correspondents’ and will be happy to share them with you. I just want my money back of $6,790.00 and to be able to share my story with other RN’s advising them that LNC Stat is a company to stay far away from. Please help! Thank you

I enrolled in LNC STAT Sept 2014, and have found all the people employed there to be extremely helpful. I paid monthly for 1 year for the Elite Program, and have been very happy with it all. I did attend a live 4 or 5 day seminar in Memphis with Veronica and Ryan, along with 5 other students. It was a great experience, and small enough group that we could ask lots of questions, experience role playing, brain storming ideas, etc. in a private conference room. When I have had questions, or was going to be late with a payment, I called the office and spoke with Karina or Kim. I could always reach Veronica by e-mail. They were always helpful, understanding, and willing to work out options with me.
I received individual notebooks of printed course materials, CDs, and able to go thru the same information in detail online.
I too had breast cancer, bilateral mastectomies with reconstructive surgery, and total hystorectomy, many years ago, and have gone on to work full time as an RN for over 30 years.
If this person has recovered from breast cancer, she can go on and go thru the program, and move on with her career. She said she paid the money; so get the materials, and get on with it.

I have contacted the owner Veronica Castellana, many times via email and also her Marketing manager Ryan Sanchez and both have arrogantly blown me off. How does a company who tries to pass themself off as legimate take advantage of a person after they have been diagnosed with Cancer?? I would like to come to a settlement with the company but they fail to show up at the table. So I will continue my quest to get my money back from this scam artist in Tampa Florida.
Thank you
