I have used this company for over 8 years, used them when they were free, used them for hamachi, used them for logmein pro, paid for central when it came out, but last year they decided to charge me 1499$ instead of the normal 199$.

When I confronted them about it, they lectured me about it being my problem, and said they notified all their customers to this price change. I told them I was never notified, and they said that because I unchecked a box saying I didnt want advertisements from them, I didnt get the email notification.

Strangely enough, the year before I received notifications when I was charged and what the amount was, but of course this time i never did. 

They refused to refund me any money, refused to let me cancel. Basically they stole the money, and theres nothing I can do about it.

 

Terrible Company, NO IT Department or company should ever use them or pay for their services. We need to boycott this awful company, who is stealing money and overcharging us.

Use something like Screenconnect and host it yourself on a VPS thru godaddy / amazon / Microsoft / rackspace. Save money and support companies who don't try to scam us.
