Fail to delivery services on time. Fail to respond to clients complains, follow up, call back. Fail to provided services contracted. False Advertise I amcomplaining regarding Logojeez business practices, false advertising, fail to complete job as promised and on time, also for not responding any ofmy emails, screening my calls and delivery contracted services. I hired Logojeez on a Full Brad Package Deal, to perform a 20-25 page website,develop all our social media pages, design my company's logo and optimize search engine, develop marketing materials, etc. This services werecontrated on January 13, 2015. At the time of contract I was promised by Eric Phillips that my website would be ready before February 14th sowould the majority of the services. They never met the deadline, i was given several deadlines after that which they failed to delivery on all of them.

They transferred me from account managers to account manager and 3 month latter still nothing is complete. The company has poor cooperation inthis whole process, which raised concerns for me. In the terms and conditions (guarantee) a refund is promised and I was refused a refund. Thewhole team has poor communication skills and are hard to get a hold of and does not reply back to voicemails and emails. Numerous times I havetried to get a hold of this company while getting no-where. I spoke to many different people: Harris Blake, Emily, Eric Phillips, Peter Young and Chris Reid all to no avail. Never received a call back even though promised several times. My website was never finished or delivered. When I threatenedto cancelled everything due to this, and I was pushed around to different people and given many excuses as to why I was never given what was promised. This company when I pulled up the address is actually a PO Box inside of a strip mall. One reason given for no refund is that the credit card processing company they use is out of business, this is in fact a LIE. They use a company called Indigo Credit Card Processing and they are in fact still in business and even have the same address as Logojeez. I called this credit card company to verify and found that they are at the same location as Logojeez just a different phone number. I am looking for a full refund of $4,500.00 for services not performed per guarantee (under their terms and conditions) and for reimbursement for people I had to hire to finish the services they are no capable of performing. I would like the company to either credit back my card, or send me a check if the company they used is no longer in business. With this company I have written down times called and even have call recordings that state these facts. One of their rep which is now on my account - Emily- has not been responsive. I called for a refund and was told General Manager would call back in a half hour-No call back from anybody a month later. Chris Reid- Stated would call back by end of day to issue a refund-No call back and no refund issued. Peter Young -This is the main person that I had initially dealt with left the company and I have received no responses from Eric Phlipps who has sold me the package regarding anything. I have sent him every thing that they asked for with no success I would like the company to issue a refund in full for services not performed and let me transfer my domain to another company since my whole business had been set up around this.
