This company makes outrageous claims and preys upon gullible stock market investors. The one that got me was their Profit Taker service that claims "100% Win Ratio in 2009...79 Picks, 79 Winners! HOTTEST STOCK PICKER ON THE PLANET CAN MAKE YOU 79 TIMES RICHER Tap into Profit Takers 100% win ratio and you could DOUBLE YOUR MONEY TWICE A MONTH."

It took less than a week to A. Lose money on the one and only stock pick I went for and B. to discover that particular stock pick was not being reflected in their track record! In other words, the way they achieve 100% winners is by conveniently forgetting about stock picks that lose money! I requested a refund immediately...just days after I joined the service and 6 weeks later I'm still waiting. Avoid this fraudulent company.

I was a subscriber to the Profit Taker for a year and can confirm this customer's complaint.  The weekly report was long, but that's it.  A long read and you had no idea what was said when you were done.  Ambiguous to say the least.  The author must be a politician.

The problem is, there is no website.  You have to follow stocks by reviewing the weekly Monday "after the bell" report. The model portfolio however was a complete joke.  Stocks recommended were very cheap, mostly penny stocks.

If a recommended stock were to rise and then fall in that day or over several days the stock would just disappear from the portfolio.  No sell recommendation no email, nothing!  I sent many emails to complain and when I  did get a response I was told that if it did go up and then retrace the investor would have had an opportunity to get out at point of entry.  Therefore the service would consider it a "wash".  Neither a win or loss so they would just remove the stock from the portfolio.  Really?  I wish I could do that with my Scottrade account.  Just make losers dissapear.  Keep in mind, many stocks did go below entry but if they eventually gained strength during the week and turned profitable, you guessed it, they stayed in the portfolio.  Now do you see the advantage of not having a website where a porfolio is updated daily?

Easy to see why their teaser record was so good.  "Best stock picker on the planet".  Not quite, more like the most dishonest.  Unfortunately my experiences were past my thirty days.  I learned the expensive way.  STAY FAR, FAR AWAY!

Customer is incorrect. The particular service he purchased is written by a former lawyer. Each Monday issue includes a complete listing of recommendations made, those that are profitable and those that are not, are both listed. Customer asked for and was given a refund within our four week refund policy. We've been in business since 1986 and have served over 1.4 million customers. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and try our best for our customers.
