Same situation for me exactly the same actually. Matt Carter called claiming he had been trying to get a hold of me. When I called back a woman answered and said Matt was on a call but she could help me. She said that she saw my van on Craigslist and the demand was so high for that particular vehicle that she could sell it for me in two weeks for a small "refundable" fee of $295 and when I started asking more questions about her company she said she was so sure she could sell it that she offered me a "non-refundable" fee of $195 I almost fell for it until I asked if she took American Express and she said no but I could buy a prepaid visa card with my American Express and use it. I thought to my self if these people deal with numerous "BIG" companies why wouldn't they use American Express..... so I declined it and looked up the company on the web and that is when I saw all these complaints. WOW so glad I didn't fall for it, I could have lost my job over that one.... after reading all these stories you would think that they would try and change up there verbiage a little.. LOL
