Lopez & Morris LLP Luis E. Lopez Esq. Charged $2500 for loan modification, but never negotiated the loan modification and now won't return the money we paid. Internet

My parents are residents of Rialto, CA and they were charged $2500 by Luis E. Lopez from Lopez & Morris LLP. Mr. Lopez was unresponsive and as far as my parents are aware, never worked on the loan modification whatsoever. If I had known about my parents attempt at loan modification I would have done more research for them. Currently, Lopez and Morris have not followed up with my parents and were unable to negotiate a loan modification. They have called the office and have been ignored and now are attempting to take them to small claims court. I just want to get the word out there and provide the necessary resources for anyone else who has experienced the same issues.
