Thank you for writing me back, I have read a lot of your post where you have helped people but I just don't understand all of it lol.
No I have not been sued yet, I just got a letter telling me all this money I have owed so I sent the certified letter requesting all the information that I had found out her. I am now waiting on a response so I am wondering what i do next.
Thank you!!

It appears you have already been served with a lawsuit so the "help" is based on that.
I have been on here for 4 hrs already today and have learned that i need to to send a letter requesting proof of the debit and send it certified so I have that wrote up and will sent tomorrow.
- If you have actually been "served" with a suit it is too late for Debt Validation. You now need to deal with the suit.
I have also checked into the SOL and I think I'm good.
- If the summons requires a response/answer you need to put that in. If it goes to court you need to also present it there. Just don't think that because the SOL has expired you can just ignore the suit.
It looks like they served you at another address, but unlike other "Sewer Service" it looks like that other address may actually be valid according to you. Without knowing all of the details you may have to deal with the suit in OKC. I would suggest that the first chance you get is CALL the Clerk of the Court at the court where you were sued and ask them what you need to do. They may be able to give you an answer. If not you may want to consult a local attorney to see what you need to do.
