You have to take into consideratin that Lowe's employees are only paid about $7.50 hr. Try to see if you can make a living on such wages! The same is true of all retailers in the U.S. This is one of the few jobs that corporate America has not found a way to send overseas. I feel sorry for all those people that have a family and have to swallow their pride in order to survive. The way Lowe's managment treats their employees is insane. You are hired at a better wage, say $9.00/hr. They expect you to build up their store from the ground up and later when you are no longer needed, they find any little excuse against you to fire you. It sure beats hiring someone like Manpower to build their store. That would be too expensive. The way I look at it, retail should only be a job to get you through to something else.
