LTS security systems/nvms7000 they leave you hanging, will not give support to the consumer various locations Internet
I purchased their security camers/dvr thru a private reseller spending a few thousand dollars. There is suppose to be a 3 and 5 year warrenty on the equipment which I have only owned a few months. I have had trouble with one camera a few times sense purchase, the installer just says it is temperamental you have to play with it, now the camera is completely out for over 2 months the installer will not get back with me, this is in a critical location. When contacting the supplier LTS they say they only deal with the installer/reseller, they completely refuse to support their equipment or help in any way.
So my warning to you is go else where, if your equipment fails and your seller/installer goes out of business, leaves the country, or whatever else you are totally ripped off, sol, just lost your hard earned money! I took my 401k out to pay for this. Buyer Beware!
