Ltt Gourmett Quality foods Quality foods Fraud Freezer frozen food for thounsands of dollars targeting new home owners hispanics threaten them with sueing them and taking them to court. los angeles, California
My wife received a call from this 714 area code offering a delivery food service she agreed not knowing the huge fraud behind that call, when on a Thursday Matthew Digioia came to our house he explained to my wife who speaks spanish more than english, Digioia went ahead with the sale in english I got home late that day almost at the end of his presentation.
We signed BIG MISTAKE he tolds us that the we can tried the service for six months after that we can cancel EVERYTHING but he never said that we will be stuck with a 4000DLRS FREEZER that in reality cost 400 t0 500 in K mart or anywhere practically.
100% satisfaction guaranteed means full refund they don't know that , when we received the food and freezer we knew that that was not 1700dlrs of food we call the next day was Saturday no one was there we called Monday Tony the president told us ok you are not happy ok we will send someone out there to pick the stuff weeks passed nothing instead we received a bill from JEFFERSON FINANCIAL I called them to tell them that we canceled the service with in the three day period Mr. Goldman told us eighter pay or save some money to buy yourself a nice suit because you are going to court.
If anyone can help us out to bring these people down please contact me report them to BBB, Los Angeles Consumer Affairs even I m working on taking them to public view on national television they might take me to court but I ll make sure that I ll be the last victim of their fraud.
