in the site,
Lugman.com i had been purchased parts for my car which is wheel Adapters.
i placed an order which wheel Adapters items...
the correct sized of wheel Adapters that i ordered are 5x110 to 5x100 to the wheels and 1.5 thickerness...
when i procced payment from my paypal account suddenly Lugman sale Rep sent me a email which to confirm the order that i been placed...
he said, "Thank you for odering @ Lugman. these Adapters are custom buil and Please confirm year, make and model and i will machine the center bore to perfecly match your vehicle. thank you Rodnee..."
in about couple weeks, i recieved the package from LugMan Company which wheel adapters...
when i first saw the product, i know it was garbage and low quality and it doesn't meet the standard requerment for safety...
the product he sent me are wrong!..
the bolt pattern was unknowned and the thickness of the adapters are one in a quarter inch
it was junk! and unuseful! what a waste!
it cames to my mind, how these company Lugman sent me a garbage product that ripping of people all over the internet.. (which Steve Doherty is one of the CEO LuGman company and Performancewheeladapters.com)
i tried sent him emails and even call the number on his site but he still doesn't responding any of people concerns about the items we recieved... i was so disappointed and frustrated
i what Steve Doherty to pay Ripoffreport site the amount of $5 million US Dollars by Damaging of trust from customers he been victim in internet frud or even be out of the business...
Beware of those site or esle you will be victim by scam Artist like Steve Doherty

i had been purchased items in website Lugmanusa.com they are selling wheel Adapters and wheel spacers for car...
but thiers has something we dont know about the product he distrebute...
in his websites you can see all the images of items, it looks like good quality product and lagit...
but when it comes to actual, the product are poor quality and their not designed for long term safety use for the vehicles...
the product are too dangerous for the cars...
the bad experiaced i got from the Lugman USA online shopping, was the items are junk and garbage...
i place an order of 2 quality of wheel Adapters by 5X110 to 5x100 with 1..5 inch thickerness..
when comes to packaging and deliveries are good but when come to products,
its not what i expect its good and i dont think i got the right items...
when i opened the box, and i was surprised that the (wheel adapters) items that he sents me, are not match up the bolt pattern into my car.
it cames to my mind, "this is not the right items that i supposed to get!"
the wheel adapters he sents me, has all 4 of them are got the wrong bolt patterns and the inch thickness... its one in a quarters instead of one in a half quarter inch thickness...
it was junk! it was fake! it was garbage! and no stamp number into the metal..
sizes and thickness has to be required the stamp number to the items...
the blue print or scale that should be included to the package...
this is unprofesional and its like i bought the items from the junk yard...
the items cost me to almost $400 Dollars Canadian currency
since that i experieced all those bad things about Lugmanusa.com online shopping, it better to return the package or items right a way and get the full refunds...
and even call the credit card company and paypal to dispute the payments...
or even filing a frud case...
Rondney Mella is one of the owner of Lugmanusa.com and all his staff has the careless job doing to thier company...
all the staff, they doesn't even know how to responds customers concerns....
