TV Ads for "Lumalift" make it sound like a "sample size is sold for the shipping cost, and no other risk is involved.
Lumineskin (*) and Tryvivaski (*) (888 403 6921) are the same company. They advertise the product deceptively on TV as a "no risk trial" without any mention of any "cancellation requirement" or the "cancellation period". They let you go into their web site http://lumaliftskincare.net/ , which does not have any mention of cancellation or the period either. Only highlighted buttons are "Rush My Order" "Try out risk free". On the same site they also advertise that this cream needs to be used in conjunction with the "Vitalie". As one goes through the ordering process, there is "fine print" about cancellation.
They are in the business of "hit and run" through deceptive advertising. As a matter of fact they keep changing their name (*) every other month to make traceability difficult. They exploit the system through false advertising and deceptive marketing and use Visa as the intermediary. When I called to cancel any subscription I might have been signed up, and told them that I will complain, I was told that "if you complain, we would not even refund the money for the second shipment". They use your set up as a means to cheat unsuspecting customers, who do not read all the "fine print", hidden somewhere in their pages.
There is no address provided on any of their websites. If you call they don't give any address but only provide one "P.O. Box 25380, Santa Ana" address for returns.
They change the product name every so often to make traceability difficult. Their "companion product" used to be "Vitalie" now they changed the name to "Vivexin" - The same bottle with a different label (I am attaching a photo of the product (Vitalie) they used to sell prior to "Vivexin".
