LuminantSkin.com Luminant Skin Posed as survey company with "free gift". Product offered free - shipping charge of $4.95. Paid $4.95 cc bill and next month $93.95 charge. Savannah Georgia
Offered Luminant Skin as survey prize for $4.95 shipping charge only. Product came and billed $4.95 for October. November credit card billed $$93.95. Called and was told I would receive full credit. Next day more product came in mail. December credit card billed for $98.90 and credit for $98.90. Called and stated I did not order another bottle and requested credit. Told credit was for second bottle and they refused to credit for initial order since I did not call within 14 days - even though it was "trial sample" and no where did it read to call them or return merchandise. Requested supervisor and on fourth call still insisted I would not receive credit. To top it all off, three days of use and my face was burned bright red and eyes swollen almost shut. Therefore bought more products for swelling and itching. Luminant did not want to hear about this and did not respond to my experience with product.
