LUMINESSAIR Airbrush System The trial offer will not specify that though you may return the product, you will still have to pay for the trial offer cost plus the shipping and handling as well as your shipping the item to them. Stafford Internet
The company offers a 30-day trial offer. I decided to try the pro model. If you pay the full price ahead, they remove the S/H charges. If you're not satisfied with the product and call to return the item, you're notified you will then have to pay for the trial offer charge ($39.95, in my case) as well as the shipping and handling charges ($32.95). You are also responsible for paying for return charges. So on my $309.95 bill, they will retain $72.90, refund me the $237.05, and expect me to pay the return charge.
All that information is not displayed when ordering the item. When I contested, with customer service, they read me a differently worded "guarantee" policy than the one displayed on their website. Two separate customer service calls ended up in out-of-the-country (hard to understand) conversations, though they denied it.
Please be aware of that scam. They are NOT offering you a FREE TRIAL of their product, though their wording misleads in that direction! They are going to KEEP a significant amount of your money regardless of what you do! The makeup product has an insidious odor to it and the final finish was not at all what was portrayed on their video. Please be aware of the scam!!!
