LUNAWIGS.COM [email protected] Ordered wigs on line from Lunawigs. First of all my order was late and the wigs was either the wrong color and/or damaged. Also it was very hard to reach someone regarding my order. Greater London London
I order 3 wigs from Lunawigs. My first complaint is my order was a few weeks late when I tried to reach someone I either didnt get a responds and/or when I did I was not given answer for my questions.
Second when I finally did recieve my order two of the wigs were the wrong color and damaged. Also the wigs were cheap looking, sheadded as soon as I took one of them out the package, they were not the type of wigs they advertised. A card the came with the wigs that has the return policy with the email [email protected].
When I went to look up the site I saw the rip off reviews. Im very dissatisfied and disappointed. I would like to given their crappy wigs back and given a refund.
