DO NOT HIRE Tiffany Lunn!!! You will regret it. She should not be practicing family law. I got custody of my son with another honest and diligent attorney, but she had to dig me out of a huge hole that Tiffany Lunn got me in. Tiffany charged a LOT of money to ignore my case until it was almost too late! She then sent me a bill for thousands of dollars--- FOR WHAT?!!! The other person who posted was absolutely right--- I wish I had read his post first! If you truly care about the outcome of your custody / divorce case, dont trust it with Tiffany at
Lunn Law, LLC.
I just thank the Lord I found out about Tiffany before it was too late and I lost custody of my son.

Tiffany Lunn has been busy hiring a marketing firm to repair her image! They are flooding the internet with positive websites and reviews about her law firm. DON'T BELIEVE A SINGLE WORD OF IT!! How can an attorney spend quality time on your divorce case, when she is sooo concerned about maintaining a false image?!
Just be glad you have someone to warn you before your hard earned money is completely wasted! I wish I had found out before I handed over my $2,500. She only returned $500 after doing absolutely nothing towards my case. Attorneys like Tiffany give lawyers a really bad name and SMELL.......

This is a typical response by a lawyer. First they deny everything, and then they place all of the blame on the former client. Next, they promise to sue the client after having screwed him over already. They just do not want people to put their dirty laundry out for all to see and "smell". However, I feel it is my duty to warn others to prevent them getting bent over as well.
Do not believe a word Tiffany Lunn has written in her defense. Trust me--- I am out of $2,000 and have absolutely NO work product to show for it. Tiffany does not return phone calls or reply to email messages. However, you see she definitely admits to charging for them in order to run up bogus billing statements when you ask her to return your retainer money.
I wonder whose case file she will be charging the writing of this rebuttal to? I guess she would rather write responses to former clients rather than work on her cases. Another red flag....
Even if she ran into a very minor issue of another attorney's name on the case at the court, it simply does not take two months for a serious attorney to make an appearance to the court as the new attorney of record.
And nowhere in the contract does it say I would be billed $2,000 for absolutely no work being performed on my divorce case. That is completely illegal. She really walked off with free money. However, I will be filing a formal complaint with the Georgia Bar. You have your warning--- get ready to pay a lot of money for no results.
I can honestly say that Tiffany Lunn made NO good faith efforts to resolve this matter. The only reason she entertained the idea was because I mentioned writing this review. However, her goal was to stall and prolong the process and hope I would just walk away and forget about it. She never had any real intention of returning the stolen money. Attorneys like Tiffany Lunn give the practice of family law a really bad name.

This former client has written a review that is dishonest and deceptive for the following reasons:
1) Since we have represented numerous clients before the court, we clearly know how to enter a case;
2) This former client came to our firm in the middle of his case and asked us to review numerous documents and filings and we proceeded to do so;
3) This former client emailed our law office back to back, which is also billable and incurs costs (you may be able to sense this with the language used and length of his"review");
4) This former client emailed back and forth with the attorney after the initial consultation and the statement that he did not have contact with the attorney after the initial consultation is entirely false;
5)The amount billed is false and exaggerated;
6) The former client did not disclose when he came for the initial consultation that he had an attorney of record (the filings he presented to us were documents he had drafted and filed). Notice he did not disclose that in his rip-off report either. We discovered the other attorney by checking the court's record. We promptly informed the former client that this other attorney would need to withdraw or submission be made for us to properly enter. We pursued other steps within our means to facilitate the withdrawal or submission;
7) The bottom line is this client did not want to be held to the written agreement that he had with our office. He was properly billed in accordance with his written agreement with us; and
8) Multiple attempts were pursued by this law office to resolve this matter because we pride ourselves in having good client relations. However, we were informed by this person that if we didn't give him the exact arbitrary amount he was requesting then he would write "highly negative reviews" to affect our office. So know this review is not written in your best interest and legal action will be taken against this person.
