Luverne refuses to honor a 12 month warranty. The isssue is with the powder coat finish of their prowler max grille guard.
The grille guard was purchased in may of 2012, installed in December of 2012. The vehicle on which the grill was installed has not been moved since the installation.
Went to wash the vehicle approx.2 weeks ago and found a dime sized chip of the finish laying on the ground. Luverne claims this is my fault and they are not responsible, even thought the warranty clearly states that powder coated finsh is covered with a 12 month period.

The dates in the article were incorrect. The purchase date was actually May 2013 and the install date was December 2013.
