Luxe Derme Collagen Cream Redfield Claimed product was free for just shipping and handling and then enroll you continuous cosmitics program. Ateempted to withdraw money every few days for products. Never was aware of any enrollment. Orlando Florida
My wife purchased what was thought and advertized as a free sample of Luxe Deme Collagen and Luxe Demme Eye Serum. The advertizement stated free sample just pay for shipping and handling. Never new of any enrollment and they started belking money from checking account of $94 and $89 dollars within days apart. They are located at 1802 North Alafaya 322, Orlando Florida. There product is shipped from P.O. Box 29076, Pheonix Arizona 85038-9074. When I called (833)488-4435 the represenative "Peter" first tried to take off 50% , I said I want a full refund before I contact the "Better Business Bureau" and the "Florida Attorney Generals Office". He then paused shortly, came back on and said I would get a full refund. Whe I asked when he said it would be sent by check. I said to put in back on the credit card claimed it couldn't be done. Very false advertizing and business practices.
