On Oct 10, 2008 I signed up for the Alpha for a $6,000 subscription. This decision was based on seeing a 5-year report - which cannot be a true report, since Luxman began in 2/08. This deception consitutes fraud and

mispresent, and under the E-commerce Act, you should be able to have your credit card company review the purchase.

Yes, I talked with Mr James Kennedy - the Investor Relations supervisor and told him they failed to meet the six month guarantee. I then also told Pacific One Group to stop trading, but they told me (6:30AM PDT)

that they had already submitted the trades - implying they could not cancel the trades - that small move cost me anothe $600. I then wrote an e-mail, called without getting a response, and sent a certified letter

to Mr Kennedy.

In the meantime, I filed a LA-BBB (Los Angeles Better Biz Bureau) complaint - they responded with "we tried to reach him many times without response." This is an outright lie, but LA-BBB doesn't know that. Now I'll also file in my home state, and also with the California

Dept of Corporation in Sacramento. This will tie up their license to do business. A company doing their kind of biz should also be a member of FINRA or maybe SIPC - and they are not. No membership in associations

which would declare openness in doing biz.

I may not get my $6,000 back, but Luxman is on their way out of business.
