Luxure/Akoura This on line company is a scam. They purported to be product on Shark Tank and offered samples for 4.95 which I ordered. Then I tried to complete my transaction and kept being directed to another screen where I was then buying other items. Sparks Nevada
This internet company is a scam. They purport to be product snapped up by Shark Tank and offered sample for $4.95. I ordered the sample on line but then kept getting directed automatically to another screen where I automatically bought additional product. It was impossible to order without going through this process and eventually I spent about $12.
Product arrived and thankfully I didn't use it. On my next credit card statement I had a charge of $89.73 and $98.42! I called and was told that I had signed up for automatic shipments.
I don't know where the $4.95 sample ever was but I decided to return the products as they had not been opened. I was given 2 RMA numbers and shipped product back with a postage cost of $11.35. I received 2 credits on my credit card statement but they were less a restocking fee of $9.95 each! So I ended up with absolutely nothing and spent $43.25!
Problems: 1. Not told about restocking 2. Website ordering forces user to buy more than intended 3. Automatic shipments are not explicitly stated.
