I am so happy to see someone speak up! Don't forget to include Scott Crowell in the mix of those committing fraud. Without Scott that Lyons guy would be lost. I heard that Scott is the cleaner in the organization and takes care of things so Neal does not get touched. Why does Neal need someone to clean up after him? Is he challenged ethically? Is he challenged in a business way? A friend of a friend mentioned her interaction with Neal and she was scared away. Evidently a very good thing - she still has her savings. From what I hear, Scott and Neal should spend the rest of their lives on the midnight express. Go, go unhappy franchisees! Go!
