My husband and I rented a house from Lynne Paxton in Beverly Hills. (Lynne Paxton is realtor who works for John Aaroe Group). Lynne is the worst landlord I've ever had. There was mold in the house that we rented from her. It took her 6 months for her to handle the problem. The jacuzzi (which was supposed to be available to us, at no extra cost to us, as part of our rental agreeement with her) was never in working condition. The foundation of the house was breaking apart. There were many other problems with the house, as well. And then when my husband and I moved out, Lynne Paxton ripped us off of over 60% of our security deposit. I don't trust John Aaroe group to work with competent realtors, and I will never recommend John Aaroe Group or Lynne Paxton to anyone who is looking to rent or buy in the Beverly Hills/Los Angeles area.
