Lyon Estate Sales Randy Lyon Took coins that didn't sell with promise to sell elsewhere. Has never paid me after 11 months. Does not return calls or email messages. Internet
Lyon Estate Sales did a 3 day sale of my household when I moved to a retirement community in July 2011. The sale included a large collection of coins. He made payment to me after the sale but reported that not all of the coins had sold, and asked if I would like him to take the remaining coins and sell them at other upcoming estate sales. I agreed to this. During the following months I inquired several times if the coins had been sold, and was told that most had but a few remained. He promised to sell the rest and send me a check, but no check was received. This happened at least 3 times. In the last 4 months he has not responded to my emails or messages left on voice mail. As far as I can tell from his website he is still in business and has estate sales upcoming.
