So I sued Marcin Sikora for non payment of unpaid back wages. The court judgement was that he had to pay me, not only for unpaid wages, but also for reimbursement of out of pocket expenses. It took 9 months and the threat of him going to jail unless he paid me. (Thank you, your Honor.)
His testimony in court was a joke, never addressing any of his statements or claims and he never produced any documentation to validate any of his claims, including the statement he made here that he "has all the documentation to prove it" in regards to his safety record and inspections.
I have also filed an appeal for libel and defamation and I'm waiting to hear the judgement for that. I have given him the option to rescind his false and libelous statements and he has refused. In court he was unable to produce any documentation to validate any of his claims and he didn't bother to file a reply brief on my appeal. You can pull up information for yourself to see the safety record of his company. Google "M. S. Carriers, LLC, Chicago," or go to the FMCSA web site and enter U. S. DOT number 2008292.
Marcin's company, M. S. Carriers, LLC., lost its operating authority in less than two years due to having too many safety violations. That could have been MY license.

The person who filed this is Hannah Eisenberg. She requested to be paid cash. It wasn't until after we let her go that I found out that she had liens against her from the IRS (should have known). When I hired her, she refused to give me an address as well (due to the fact that she was likely homeless). I thought she was nice, so I gave her a chance. BIG mistake. Also, she realized that I owed her money 1.5yrs AFTER she was let go. She is a very shady individual with a very negative attitude. I would avoid this person at all costs.
The deduction she is upset about was for a DOT violation from her refusal to adjust truck tandems (very standard procedure for truck drivers). Load was 2,000 pounds under legal limit! The violation was due to the fact that the truck was over weight on the drive axle because she was too lazy to scale after loading. We're not responsible for driver carelessness.
As far as the other claims:
-she was not invited back to work due to the inability to drive more than 150 miles per day (that's 3-4 hours out of the 11 legally allowed by DOT). Again, laziness is not acceptable.
-Most of my drivers stayed with me for over a year (until I decided to sell the company)
-We passed the most recent comprehensive DOT audit with flying colors and complements by the DOT agent. Hannah is obviously angry about being charged for a violation that occurred due to her laziness
-All trailers were in top shape and passed DOT inspections regularly (I have all paperwork to prove this)
Overall, I'd appreciate if this report be erased as it is incorrect and considered as defamation against me personally.
