I had cancelled an before it even shipped order, and the same day they charged my account, shady. I would say borderline fraudulent business practices. It has been over a week since I was told 3-5 business days to get my money back. Ken (something or other) told me to check with my bank from time-to time as the money was sent. When I asked for the trace number and date of transaction, he said he didn't have that info. When I asked for a number, he said it is on my statement (it's not). Both of the numbers I provide just go to an automated system telling you to go to the website to chat online 24x7 with someone that cannot even help you.
