I placed an order for Disney Princess magazine on November 18, 2008 for my granddaughter who lives in St. Louis, MO. paying with PAYPAL. I received the following email

My daughter told me in January she had never received any copies. I contacted magsalmostfree via their email account informing them of this.
I also read their website and notice that they said sometimes it takes up to 4 months to receive the first copy.
My last email to them was dated April 9, 2009. This was third email. I have never received a response from them.
As of this date, April 28, 2009 - my granddaughter still has not received any copies. She is heartbroken.
I contacted PAYPAL to file a dispute but GUESS what...you have to file a dispute with them within 45 days of the transaction. Magsalmost free is a real ripoff. They realize that if they tell their customers that they might not get the first copy for 3 or 4 months, the PAYPAL dispute date is passed.
I paid 29.95 thru PAYPAL for this magazine. I want a refund or delivery of the magazine.
AND Get this company out the internet order business. When all of this happened, I did some searching and found that there are hundreds of complaints against them.
