Al Williams is the cheapest man on earth. He is also a narcisst. He thinks he is God's gift to Man. He claims to have climbed Mt Kilamagara in two days, have 47ft ceilings in his home and has killed everything in Africa. He also claims to make 75k-100k a day building homes. He claims he is a Christian too...more like the devil. He is afraid to enter the ocean and he does not know how to drive a boat. He hired my friends to take his OLD "2004" boat called Liquid A** from florida to SC...over 400 miles. No water, no food and no ice. He was supposed to give them a ride home, could not even do that. The guys ended up making less than $100 each after expenses. He made them endorse a check before he gave them $400 each for four days work, I guess to send them a 1099. They worked 14 hour days and had the responibility of taking care of his boat and now he claims they stole all of his fishing tackle and he is now suing one of them for $300.00! LOL The marina gave the guys some tshirts and he took them too claiming they were different sizes. What a d****e. Everyone in Charleston in the fishing community are quickly learning who this fool is.

I also have been renting from Mr. Williams at Majesty Homes for over 2 years. He did an inspection on my home around the same time as yours. Inspection was on a monday, and he stopped by on Friday afternoon and provided us with a 24 hour notice of entry (actually more than 24 hour notice) for inspection. He did a quick walk through, checked the air filters, asked how things were going, and that was it. He has been more than fair to me and my family. I also have to pay a $400 deposit for my pet. People dont understand that this is his house. He owns it and ALLOWS you to live there. He can go up on the deposit if he chooses to. As far as you neighbors only paying a $250 deposit, im sure that will be taken care of when the renew the lease. And even if he doesnt charge them more, thats between them and Mr. Williams. Its none of your business or concern. And you can choose not to live there anymore if you dont like it. I renewed my lease in 2011.... and didnt see him again until this inspection in 2012. He has never harrassed me AT ALL. Thats what happens when you take care of the property, and pay your rent on time. He did contact me one time about the height of my grass.... but guess what, my grass was tall and needed to be cut. So i cut it. Not a big deal at all. I believe there is more to this than what you are writing on this forum. To post this on the internet for all to see is just not fair at all.

This guy sounds like a real perv as well. Y'all better check every inch of your bathroom and bedroom walls, ceiling, floorboards, lighting, vent fans and plumbing fixtures, and possibly attic space, to make sure this SOB hasn't planted hidden videocameras to record you.
Definitely lodge police complaint.

First off, you need to grow a pair and stand up for yourself. Don't take that as me bashing you, because I do not mean it in that way.
I do not care if this jack**f is the land lord, if you have a lease on this house and you are the legal tenant, paying rent, then this person can not just walk into the house uninvited. He can not just show up and let himself in the home to inspect it any time he wants.
The first thing you should have done is call the cops. Had it been me coming out of the shower and found this a**hole in my residence, I would have held him at gun point and called the police. What he is doing is trespassing, put a stop to it now.
