Major Ford Lincoln Mercury SHAM! Do not buy from Major Ford in LIC NY! Long Island City New York
I bought a new car from Major Ford on 3/8/2008 with a trade-in of another car. 7 weeks later and I am now getting charged for a second month from my prior cars finance charges on my trade-in. Ford never paid the trade-in off! So I am now paying for the new ford and my old mazda I no longer own!After multiple requests for the payment to be made and a refund for my last month I was forced to pay, I was told today by the head sale manager he couldnt over-night me a refund check because it costs the business too much money - this ws after we were already promised an over-nighted check on Friday. He said I was given the wrong information last week! We were told only one person can sign the check and he only comes in on Fridays ...yet today there is still no check. The sales supervisor refused to resolve the issue for me and refused to give me the name of his boss. We purchased our car 7 weeks ago and they called mazda (my prior car) today for a new buy out price with todays date! Every time we call to ask where our money is and mazdas money is - we are told someone else has to handle it - yet no one returns calls! 7 weeks and no resolution! I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!!!!

1.Call the NYSDMV dept of "dealership fraud" to investigated these shyster 2.Call ford motor corp and "compliant like hell" about how there name is being destroyed by these conmen 3.And if that fail call every media outlet and let your voice be heard
