I went to Major World in 2011 to buy a car since my credit was not good at the time. I got a 2008 Nissan Altima in a good condition. About 40000K miles. A friend of us kindly let us use her credit. The salesperson showed me the CARFAX report and nothing irregular was found in it at that time. We drove away, Almost 3 years have passed and our friend wanted her credit space so she could buy a house. Our credit score got better so we went for a new car. There is when a new CARFAX report of our Altima was printed and to our surprised there was a frame damage reported 2 months before we got the car at Major World. That damage date was not shown to us. We have both reports, the one in 2011 and the new one. Frame damage is considered very serious to the point that its unsafe to drive.I end up paying for this ripoff a lot of money. I talk to someone at Major World and he said the fault is from CARFAX. Any lawyer? Any suggestions? Thanks

We also found out on the second report that the car had more owners and that the vehicle was commercial use, maybe taxi or police patrol. Again, suggestions? Lawyers? Suits?

"About 40000K miles."
You purchased a three-year-old car with 40 million miles. That car has been driven hard, very hard.
“The salesperson showed me the CARFAX report and nothing irregular was found in it at that time… there was a frame damage reported 2 months before we got the car at Major World”
Maybe that printout was over two months old.
