Malcolm Boot is a hard working young man who not only knows what he is doing but knows his business well and I have personally heard and seen his professional practices and good hearted generosity at work. He has helped people including myself and cares about His community and as expected he cares about making a living. And unfortunately it may seem to some angry chip on the shoulder miserable people that him making a living is a crime. Please!!! He has knowledge and experience 2nd to None. I commend his for his dedication and love for his job I only hope I can be that great at ssomething I aspire to do for the rest of my life and do it while helping others . Thank you captain.

As a real esate investor, I have dealt with Malcolm on 8 different transactions. Malcolm has always been a professional with far more knowledge of his industry and his market than most RE agents I have dealt with. Unfortunately when you work with the public on a daily basis, it only takes one individual who perceives they have been wronged to tarnish your name. The individual on this site uses generalities with no specifics and accuses Malcom of things that don't even make sense. I would hope that more consumers who have dealt with Malcom would refute this posting and restore Malcolm's good name.

I have known Malcolm Boot personally for almost 40 years.
Malcolm Boot is the most professional real estate person I or many many of our clients and friends who have dealt with him over the years will happily testify to. He is also one of the m ost compasionate people, and does a lot of favours both in real estate dealings and personally, free of Any monetary gains. As was done in the case of Kathy Cormack Littaker and her husband Herb Littaker who along with an associate of theirs One DONALD DEMAR, who has never met Malcolm and purports to have some kind of investor group De mar International, and Balance 2030 reforming mortgages no bank qualifying etc etc with Kathy littaker re multiple houses in the paradise palms area of Las Vegas.
Malcolm is a Top Realtor in Las Vegas, and one of his active areas is in and around the Paradise Palms area.
He had just listed a clients propety FOR SALE, when he bumped into Kathy Littaker who was driving around the area with alllll her stuff on a truck,having just been evicted from her Golden arrow house, and in desperate need of somewhere to live. He called his seller, and convinced him to let her rent the empty house for two months in order for her to find a permanent place to live in . On her promise that the house was only to be rented by her for TWO months and NO LONGER, as the seller needed to SELL, Malcolm wrote up a Lease to that effect, with a specification that he be allowed to show it for sale at reasonable time and notice. Kathy and her husband paid two months rent up front. Malcolm did it as a courtesy to his seller with no commission. He would make a commission when it SOLD.
Many problems began to arise. Unable to show often, cats all over, and house began to look and smell like the one the Littakers had been evicted from at Golden Arrow. However Malcolm tried to make the best of things, and during the two month period of the littakers stay, he sold their Golden Arrow house which was Bank Owned to one of his Buyers, who has purchased a few houses from Malcolm, and is a very satisfied client and friend now. Malcolm at this time, asked Kathy if sahe would like to rent back the house she purported to lov e so much, from the gentleman who had purchased it. He put her and the gentleman together, and the gentlemen after meeting with her and hearing her ramblings about helping him FIX UP HIS HOUSE etc in return for her moving into it, RESPECTFULLY DECLINED. She then came back to Malcolm and asked if he could get her ONE MORE MONTH AT the house she was renting . Malcolm contac ted his seller , who very reluctantly let her have ONE MORE month, and NO MORE. By this time, she was emailing Malcolm many emails, which we would be happy to submit to attorney generals, real estate divisions and any other authority who would like to see them, Re the problems with the HOUSE. What she could do to HELP the owner fixing up the house, so he could get a better price for it,etc etc etc.!!!!! Malcolm said, all seller wanted to do,was have her MOve so he could sell it. At this time emails becoming contentious to Malcolm, Malcolm always replying politely that he needed to sell the house for his client and needed her to mov e as promised. She then said she wanted to deal directly with the owner. Malcolm complied and put them together.
KATHY then had a realtor friend of hers, one Pat Gaither, to write an offer topurchase the house, and Malcolm subm itted it to the Seller. There was no Earnest Money put down and nothing really happened once the offer was submitted, many man y emails tho, went back and forth between the seller and the Littakers. The seller finally got totally fed up, and told Malcolm to get an Eviction going. NMI started the proc ess and it became ugly, the emails from Kathy incredulous. By now she was still in the house, and owed rent.
July 30th,Malcolm got an defamatory and libellous email from Donald De Mar, almostword for word with the Ripoff Report wording.
The first court hearing to evict the likttakers was heard on August 31st,and the Judge ordered her to move. She said she would APPEAL.
The RIPOFF REPORT WAS POSTED AUGUST 31ST. Wording almost identical to that sent by Donald Demars on July 30th - copies of which emails we are happy to submit to all. This Don ald Demar lives in California, and does not even know Malcolm.
Outcome, Kathy lived RENT FREE, FOR ALMOST FIVE MONTHS, AND WAS EVICTED SUCESSFULLY, at the Second Court Hearing. She got away with paying the Bond,rent, and trashed the house. We dikd not see donald demar giving her a house rent free for all his talk. THE SELLER, and Malcolm could sue for defamation and damages, AND WOULD WIN, but as the other side probably dont have a dime,at what cost.
RIPOFF REPORT, should hav e checked out the story first before allowing it to be posted and defame Malcolm Boot in this fashion.
