I have also been ripped off by mamabear-baby-boutique company. I placed an order on 7-28-09 for a friends new baby gift. My card was immediatly charged 64.38 in two weeks when the order still did not ship I tried calling. No real phone "Mail box is full" i started emailing still nothing for 3 days. I was told order on backorder although no communication of this prior. Now I have waited another two weeks and still no gift. This is an emberassment because my friend will be back to work (6 weeks) and still no baby gift! I ordered products from www.mybabybear.com on 7-28-09. My credit card was immediately charged 64.38 including shipping even though the products were not shipped. In two weeks when my friend had still not received her baby gift I tried contacting the company. I could not get through on the phone the message kept saying "mailbox full" after several emails they did notfiy me the products were on back order (no notification of this was made prior). Now I have waited another two weeks and still no products or notifications. I do alot of online shopping and usually my card is not charged until the product ships.
