Alert - Scam Artists - Avoid these people like the plague.
Mario Moreno and son, Jonathon Moreno, contracted to build a fence for us. We gave the Morenos $750 in earnest money. They purchased $175 in materials, installed five fence posts, and left, never to return. In total, they stole approximately $350. I called the Morenos several times asking them to return to either complete their contract or refund me my money. They did either. Instead, they sent threatening and sarcastic text messages when I asked them to return. The little work they did was substandard. I had to replace three of the fence posts they installed because they were not sunk deep enough.
Distinguishing characteristics of Mario Moreno in 2012: Hispanic (Mexican) male, approx. 45 years old, 5 feet, 7 inches, dark complexion, approx. 200+ pounds (fat belly), with a wart on his upper eyelid. Last known to drive a white pickup truck.
